Order Processing: Please note that shipping time does not include the production time required to custom-mix and perfect your precise paint match. Production time can take 3-7 business days as some paint colors require more time to perfect.
Order Placement: In order to verify you are ordering the correct color for your vehicle you should place
your order using the factory color code. Orders not placed in this manner, guessing the color, or using only the color name
could cause you to receive the incorrect color. No returns or refunds will be given on paint products,
as they are all made to order. Here is information on how to verify your
vehicle’s color code.
Find your color code in our touch up paint database and start placing your order.
Cancelling an Order: All orders are custom-made and filled on a per-order basis. Once an order is placed,
it cannot be cancelled if the paint has already been made.
Safety Precautions: Customers accept responsibility for using products in a safe and responsible manner.
Exercise caution when using our products. Follow product instructions carefully. Keep paint and other paint products away
from children or pets. Open products carefully outside your home in a well-ventilated area. Dispose of paint products responsibly,
ensuring you are respecting local regulations. Always use

during application. SDS sheets are available for all products upon request.
Testing your color: It is very important to test your color after receiving it. Be sure to test your paint on
the enclosed test card, a business card, or any coated surface. Apply Basecoat and Clearcoat, following product instructions
closely. Compare your card to your vehicle when done to verify color, gloss, and that you have an acceptable match.
It is the customer’s responsibility to test the color before application.
Failure to verify a satisfactory match before use of the product could result in extensive cleanup work and re-repair.
If a color is not tested properly before application, AutomotiveTouchup will be unable to
provide any products for reapplication or remixes.
Color Match Guarantee: We guarantee our paint to match any original factory color per OEM specifications.
This guarantee only applies to original factory paint. ALWAYS test the paint on the card provided, before applying it to your vehicle
to ensure a blendable color match. If you are unsatisfied with our blendable color match, contact our
customer service department at 1-504-818-2334 or submit a support ticket on our website.
There is a 30-Day limitation from the date of receipt to request a refund or remix on a color.
Remixes may only be requested for vehicles from model year 2010 or later.
Why your paint doesn't match: There are several reasons your paint may not match correctly.
You may have ordered the wrong color code. The vehicle may have been repainted at some point.
The finish could be faded due to sunlight exposure and other natural elements.
These are all very common instances of an unsatisfactory match.
Customer errors when ordering: As stated in our “order placement” section,
it is the customer’s responsibility to verify their color code is correct before ordering.
If a customer makes a mistake by entering the wrong code or guessing at their color,
there will be no refund or replacement paint given.
In this instance a new order will need to be placed providing the correct color code.

Return Instructions: All of our paint is produced on a made to order basis,
and therefore no refunds will be given for those products.
Other products may be returned less shipping and handling (at the customers expense) if they are unused AND undamaged.
Use a carrier with tracking and delivery confirmation.

or submit a support ticket on our website before sending anything back to us.
We cannot accept returns for human application error, forgetting to read the instructions, unintentional use of products,
over ordering, under ordering, ordering the wrong color, because you changed your mind, you don’t need the order after all,
or because you sold the car before you received your products.
There is a 30-day limitation from the date of receipt to return non basecoat/custom-mixed products.
Returns will only be accepted and processed using the original form of payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
UPS Shipping: We currently offer UPS ground shipping to 48 states.
UPS SurePost is another option which will reduce shipping costs at the expense of slightly longer transit times.
Products shipped via UPS are classified as Limited Quantity by the Department of Transportation and are
restricted to surface transportation only.
United States Post Office: We offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping to all 50 US states and to Puerto Rico.
We cannot ship to military or APO addresses at this time. Please note all products are not available for USPS shipping options.
Product Liability: Even though we’d like to, we cannot watch over you while you use our paint.
Using our products means you acknowledge having tested them before application.
We are not liable if you damage your car, so please be careful and use our video page here for help.
Product Shelf Life: Touchup and Aerosol products may last as long as 24-36 months if stored in temperatures between 60℉
and 80℉. AutomotiveTouchup liability for all claims shall not exceed the purchase price for the product.
This includes accidents or spills that may result in damage to any valuables including in your home or clothing.
