Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2009 Acura S2000 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Tom B, owner of a 2010 Acura MDX from Huntsville, AL

I just had a small job to do, but the touch paint was excellent!

Michael G, owner of a 2009 Acura MDX from Carmel, NY

I was very pleased with the color match of your paint. I used the spray cans of paint and clear coat on a relatively small area on the rear bumper. However, I was less satisfied with the touch up paint in the bottle, used in a couple of scratches. Applying the paint with the provided brush applied too thick a coat. I then used a finer brush and it was a little better. The less than expected outcome could be my inexperience in applying this variety of paint.
