Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:
Jim M, owner of a 1985 AMC from Wetumpka, AL
Purchased several cans to paint my 1985 Jeep CJ7. There’s not a lot of surface area on Jeep to paint so these touch up cans worked perfectly. I could paint the Jeep in sections. Doesn’t look like a show car job but it looks great. I’m not a painter and didn’t want to spend all the money on equipment and deal with mixing and setting air pressure all that stuff. This was a perfect option for a DIYer. Paint applied easily and dries quickly. Wasn’t the most cost effective option but I wanted to do it myself as I am restoring the Jeep from ground up. I wanted the satisfaction of doing it all. Quality product!
Charles K, owner of a 1984 AMC from Palm City, FL
The paint, although touchup paint for a 1984 AMC, is really to touch up a very small chip on the inner frame of a 1932 Ford three window coupe Hot Rod. This car has yet to achieve anything less than "Best in Show" so if it fails to podium, it will be your fault!
The location of the chip is next to a stainless steel aircraft grade brake line about a third of the way back from the front of the frame. I was tightening up the radius rod and allowed the wrench to slip. The chip is, perhaps, a quarter of an inch long and one eighth inch wide. I used the pencil first and did not like the results so I used the bottle and brush.......perfect. The product is fine, the human applicator is the issue.
Maynard K, owner of a 1984 AMC from Roanoke, VA
This is my second time using AutomotiveTouchup, and I am very pleased with their products. Our "new" 1984 AMC Eagle wagon had a dent and some scratches on the right front fender. After working on the fender, we used their Deep Night Blue (2D) to match the original paint perfectly.
Their spray can nozzles are excellent and produce great results. We also used their clearcoat. If you need to match an original color, AutomotiveTouchup is the right place.
