Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2004 BMW X6 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Peter P, owner of a 2003 BMW 3-Series Individual from Greenville, RI

Great paint match, very easy to use with great results.

Mike D, owner of a 2003 BMW 5-Series from Dallas, GA

Paint arrived in a few days packed really well. The Titanium Gray is a perfect match for my BMW, which I purchased used with lots of "parking lot disease". Touched up the major areas first, and the additional clear coat really helped blend the paint to the rest of the finish. Four times the amount of paint for less than half the dealership price! Can't beat that. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be the child proof cap--get rid of that and replace with a better cap and seal gasket (one that stays in the cap every time you open the glass bottle). For precise paint application on very small chips, I use a toothpick, but the integral cap brush works on just about everything else. The included small BB inside the bottle helps mix the paint, so you won't have to stir with a small stick. I've wasted money in the past on dealership OEM touch up paint, because it usually turns solid in a few months, or the cheap plastic tube cracks open. No more dealerships! Its Automotive Touchup from now on! I'll be ordering touch up paint for my wife's car soon...
