Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2019 Bmw Alpina is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Ralph M, owner of a 2018 BMW 4-Series from Schertz, TX

Easy to use and very effective. The video on line showing how to use the touch up pencils is very useful. An excellent product.

Thomas L, owner of a 2018 BMW Motorcycle from Flanders, NY

I purchased the full aerosol repair kit in “Black Storm Metallic.” The primer and base coat worked well once I was able to attach a spray can attachment. That worked best for me in that I had a difficult time operating the push button with my 75 year old fingers! My problem and the failure of the job is with my ability to apply the clear coat without getting tiny air bubbles in the paint from the can. I tried over and over, having to sand off the clear and start over. The weather was perfect. 75 degrees, no wind and 40 % humidity for over a week. Not having purchased from Automotive Touchup before I am surprised that the clear coat cans do not have a shaker ball inside. Hope this helps someone else, and best of luck from an inexperienced rookie.
