100% thumbs up.
Excellent, custom mixed color basecoat that matched perfectly. Also purchased primer, clearcoat, sandpaper, 3M tape and spray can lever, the latter of which is highly recommended.
Read the website docs, watch the videos, read the instructions on the can and with just a bit of attention to detail, but no prior experience, you will be most pleased with the result. My 19+ year old Cadillac Escalade ESV has been pampered since she had a scant 17 miles on the clock but road salt began taking a toll on her wheel arches. No body shops repair rust and the fenders are no longer in production. But for a relatively negligible expense I can keep her looking immaculate.
The woman who left a return voice mail after I inquired about the order's status after two weeks might be better suited to a role other than interacting with customers, but her somewhat brusque demeanor would in no way prevent me from doing business with Automotive Touchup (Microfinish LLC) in the future. They *had* just been closed temporarily due to a hurricane, of which I was not aware, but I didn't need a schoolmarm lecturing me about the projected timeframes posted on their website.
But given the quality of the product, a rough around the edges staffer is a minor quibble. If you're a Car Guy/Gal obsessed with preserving your chariot, *this* is the company to turn to.

I was Driving along Interstate Route 80 back in early March after leaving my hunting cabin in the Central part of the state.
after securing it up until the next hunting season. I continued driving into a wicked blinding Snowstorm as I came closer to the S/E part of Pennsylvania.
In from of me a Landscapers Tri-Axel dump truck apparently loaded with rock salt was dropping, (not spreading) from the top part of the truck. We were only driving at or around speeds of 35 - 40 MPH but it was fast enough that allowed the rocks coming from the truck to chip up several spots all over the front end of my recently repainted, Diamond Pearl White, just a month prior, Cadillac Escalade.
