I have a 1991 Chevy Lumina Euro that I bought new. It has been a great car and I take great care of it mechanically and finish, but living in the Midwest, the winters take their toll on car bodies. Excellent customer service! I ordered the two ounce touch-up paint bottles for all six vehicles in our family (9 total bottles due to two-stage paint on several vehicles). The paint arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, even though the paint was packaged well, one bottle broke during shipping. I called the customer service line, described the situation, emailed a picture of the carnage, and they immediately sent replacements for all of the bottles that were covered with the spilled paint. The new paint arrived via FedEx Saturday delivery--very impressive and unexpected! I have used the touch-up paint on several vehicles and the match appears to be excellent.
