Restore Your 1999 Chevrolet Truck Finish In Two Steps

Select Your Chevrolet's Color (Step One)

AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1999 Chevrolet Truck using a basecoat/clearcoat system just like factory specs. To insure a proper match, you’ll need to know your vehicle’s color code, so you can find it on the chart below. The color code will be located on a sticker named Parts Identification. The code can start with BC/CC followed by a U, or a WA with a four digit number/letter combination. We use the WA format for simplicity, your code may have a U. WA8555 is the same as U8555. Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1999 Chevrolet Truck is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Theodore M, owner of a 2000 Chevrolet Prizm from Conneaut Lake, PA

I ordered the 12 oz can for my 2002 Volvo s-60. It matches perfectly. Obviously due to sun bleaching the original paint on the vehicle will be lighter, like the hood or trunk top. But still, it blends in so well you have to look twice. However you should follow-up with a clear coat to bring out the shine. But if you are using the paint on a car that doesn't have to be perfect it's a great fast drying paint. I've bought 3 different color paints for various spot work jobs on cars I have and they all match to the factory specs. My most recent purchase was for a 2000 Chevy Prizm I am working on, it's a great blend even at 20 years out.

Harry L, owner of a 2000 Chevrolet S10 Blazer from Westerville, OH

Dear Sirs, My Chevrolet Blazer is 13 years old and beginning to show its age. I had serious surface rust under both doors and holes slightly bigger than golf balls on the rear quarter panels. I repaired and primed all of the damage and ordered your matching base coat and clear coat. I masked the area to be painted as recommended but that was a waste of time. The paint I purchased was a perfect match. I applied 3 coats of your base paint and 3 coats of clear on the truck. The paint blended perfectly! I would have submitted "before and after photos" but I didn't even think about it until you requested my feedback. It would be a waste of time to take photos now, because it would look like a professional body shop made the repairs or that there was never any damage. I thank you for selling such great products. Sincerely, Harry L.
