Unless you're lucky, you'll be hard pressed to find touch up paint anywhere else for a cheaper price. Regarding the color matching, I couldn't be more pleased. Initially I ordered the paint pens, but I won't do that again. After a few uses the paint tends to gum the pen up and come out in globs, which is awful for filling in chips or scratches. I recently ordered a small bottle of paint, and I highly recommend that. The paint can be applied much gentler and more precise when using the bottle. Also, my clear coat pen also rubbed away the primary color I had applied two days earlier and I had to do it all over, which is another reason for me being unhappy with the paint pens. Fortunately the area of the truck bed rail I touched up is now covered with plastic rail protectors.

Great product (aerosol) color match was perfect and it was very easy to apply. Next time I will purchase the clear-coat as well... Local automotive supply store brand wasn't very forgiving.

I repainted panels on my Silverado SS and other than the spray can clogging a few times causing some drips on the panel it laid out smooth and nice. It will take very little buffing to be perfect. Nice color match and good products.

My '03 Chevy truck had a couple of painted plastic trim pieces that had "rusted" over the years. I had one friend in particular who always pointed them out as eyesores. Automotivetouchup.com had the factory matching paint plus clear coat in familiar to use spray paint cans that I'm comfortable using, tape and sand paper. I spent hardly any money ($30 for paint?) and my truck looks great again.

I purchased two (2) 12oz. cans of base coat and two cans of clear coat to do a complete color change on an ARE bed cap I picked up for $100. While the results were amazing, I grossly underestimated the amount of paint needed. Four cans would have been adequate. I was only able to paint the parts visible from ground eye level and painted the top with generic black textured paint. The results were amazing! My son-in-law, who used to run a body shop, said he could not believe the results were from "rattle cans". Everyone who sees it is amazed. My only wish is that I would have been given some sort of estimate of the coverage rate. Then, the results would be amazing even to drive-by truckers!

I painted cars (as a teenager) back in the 60's with enamel and early acrylic. Getting it to look wet without runs was a tough art or paint it with acrylic and then spend a week buffing it to shine and hope you didn't buff through it. What a joy to use these new paints. Base color is ready to spray and it matched perfectly. The clear coat just makes the paint and color jump out at you. Great paint for a do it yourselfer. I'll be back and will recommend to my friends.
