You have a great staff. Somebody has done a great job of training and hiring the right people. It is nice to talk to people who in today's times, seems to care. Even though you are talking to them on a phone, you can just see the smile and friendly faces they must have. I, like so many today, will only do business with these kind of people. I know.
From 1970 thru 1990 I was general mgr of a sheraton inn, Asheville, N.C. And this is the kind of people I had. Less than 4% turnover. I spoke to every employee every day and padded each on the back. These people made me look great/we shared information/ I let them know how much they were appreciated. One thing I learned at 23 was there was two things important in running a business /#1 was to make a profit #2 was to have fun doing it!!!!
