A bit expensive
but worth it.

I had my 1988 Chrysler Lebaron painted about 18 years ago, and at that time, they broke the electric mirror on it. They paid for a replacement mirror, but only painted it with single stage paint (I found out years later when it faded while the remainder of the car didn't). I have another car that I accidentally scraped against my garage door. The quote to fix that was $1300, so I wanted to try your products. I figured I would buy your product to try on my faded mirror to see how it works. I figured that the worst case scenario, the mirror would look the same as it already did.
I was very impressed with the paint and especially the clear coat. The finish came out better than the original paint job. I liked how the clear coat went on smooth and didn't run much. I would have been satisfied if it came out rough and had to be sanded and buffed, but it came out smooth enough that I do not need to buff it. It came out so well that I was able to redo two
other panels in the back next to the trunk that had clear coat starting to peel a little and two small panels next to the front windshield. Those sections came out great as well and blend right in. I went ahead and ordered the paint for my other car and am excited to get that fixed as well.
