Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1992 Daihatsu Valera is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

G C, owner of a 1974 Volkswagen from NJ

I am restoring a 1974 Porsche 914. It was born with a color called Ravenna Green which in fact is a Volkswagen factory color. As many may already know, the Porsche 914 was a joint design and production venture between Porsche and Volkswagen. Automotive Touchup/Microfinish LLC matched the color perfectly which I ordered in a spray can and touchup bottle form. Shipping was timely, knowing that the color requested had to be produced and prepared for a safe delivery. Thank you, Automotive touchup !! GC

Aaron L, owner of a 1965 Pontiac from San Jose, CA

Finding the correct color touchup paint for a classic car is always a challenge. Automotive Touchup nailed it with the correct shade for my 1965 Pontiac. Paint flows well and after I put on the clear coat, large chips are nearly undetectable. Unlike most other brands that supply their product only in aerosol or pens, I opted for the glass brush-in-bottle. It was even shipped in a reusable clamshell pack that protects the bottle (in case you drop it on the shop floor, which I've done). Best touchup paint I've used, by far. I highly recommend their products.
