Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1995 Dodge Ram is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Mike, owner of a 1996 Dodge Viper

Your company provided me with all of the necessary items I needed to do a professional job. I especially appreciated a number of your online videos and the opportunity to talk to one of your telephone tech support people. Since this is the first time that I have tackled such a project, that kind of assistance is invaluable. If I were to make any suggestion for improvement, it would be that a comprehensive step-by-step list of procedures to follow would be greatly appreciated. I know that you provide an online list of steps, but these are broken out into categories that don't necessarily flow from procedure to procedure; and the instructions on each of the aerosol cans are good but it would be better if both the online instructions and the aerosol can instructions were merged into one master step-by-step list, even though some people might not need every step. I would definitely use your products again and recommend them to anyone else who would like to repair their auto paint. Thanks.
