Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1997 Dodge Viper is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

I am very happy w/ your paint touch-up product

Alan L, owner of a 1997 Dodge Viper from AZ

I have used Automotive Touch up brand for quite a while. Match is very good, even down to the "pearl" effect. I have used pen, small bottle and spray can all with good results. The only bad thing is the small glass bottle lid will sometimes seal itself to the bottle after a few uses (paint gets on inside of brush the seals itself to glass threads). When applying enough force to unscrew the lid I have broken the bottle. Found out a small amount of Vaseline on the glass threads will keep lid from sticking.

Every color I get from you guys is spot on every time! I will always order from you... as long as you do it correctly it looks like a body shop did it. (Viper blue is amazing thank you)
