Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1965 Ford F150 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Anthony A, owner of a 1966 Ford Galaxie from Meriden, CT

So glad I found your website. My 47 year old Galaxie needed some bodywork and finished it off with your spray paint and touchup. The color match was extremely close for a 47 year old car. The paint covers very good and appears to be of high quality. Your support staff was also very helpful whenever contacted. I will certainly use Automotivetouchup again, and will highly recommend them to anyone. Tony from Ct. 1966 Ford Galaxie 500.

Steve D, owner of a 1966 Ford from San Jose, CA

I've bought several of their spray cans looking for original colors on 60s vehicles. A 63 Falcon and a 66 ranchero. Both came out very good and were easy to use. Be aware that they are selling a two stage paint whereas the original colors were single stage so you need to buy a clear coat and know how to blend.
