Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2002 Ford Econovan is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Keith K, owner of a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac from Leominster, MA

The color was a perfect match, and easy to use. Thank you

William S, owner of a 2003 Ford Thunderbird from Las Vegas, NV

I took the front license plate bracket off my 2003 Thunderbird and it left some pretty nasty scratches. The touch up pen matched so well...this was last week and it's been in the garage since then. Have to apply the clear coat now so I can't wait to see how it will look after that's finished. I really like how the paint is applied using the pen these days compared to the paint brush of touch up paints of not so long ago. It's applied much more evenly leaving no globs of paint that you inevitably couldn't get rid of. :-)
