This is the first time I have used your product, I am very satisfied with the experience. I used to paint cars and motorcycles with professional equipment which I haven't done for many years. To put the right components and tools together now was not an option. To take this to a paint shop was a last resort. My project was a bubbled paint area the width of my passenger door on my van and 3 inches high, I ordered the spray can with the clear coat and the color was perfect. I originally purchased touch up paint from the Ford dealership in my area and was very disappointed in the color match. It was way too light and did not have the “Metallic” look.
Not holding out much hope I decided to try some paint from Automotive Touchup. The Touch up paint I received was a near perfect match and had the right Metallic look. I did not originally order the clear coat and after drying I found the Automotive Touchup paint did not have quite the luster or shine of the original paint. Subsequently, I ordered a bottle of the clear coat and this brought out the shine in repaired area. I would recommend buying the Clear Coat at the same time as the paint to improve the finish and save a little postage.
