Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1997 Gmc Classic is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Michael A, owner of a 1996 Gmc Sierra from Livonia, MI

Great paint match for color.

Garry B, owner of a 1997 Gmc Sierra from Mcdonough, GA

The spray paint I ordered, and I had ordered before (repeat customer) match my 1997 GMC truck paint perfect. I like the instruction on the spray cans what and how to apply primers, base coats and clear coats. The instructions given would instruct which sandpaper was needed per the application being applied. What I liked were the top-quality spray cans. The spray nozzles were firm to press and easy to clean between applications. The paint number I used was #50. Once my project of removing and repainted the grill and installed back onto my truck, the quality of color and shrine matched the rest of my trucks finish. Excellent top-quality products that are priced right. I will purchase more if I need to make repairs to my paint on my 1997 GMC truck with 375,000 plus miles, she still looks like "NEW" inside and out.
