I have a 2011 GMC Yukon Denali that had a very visible rust spot in the rear quarter panel. I decided to fix it myself after the estimates from the body shop seemed excessive. I have never done body work or painting before, but it turned out great. I didn’t realize when I started that it was a three step paint - base, mid and clear, but the colors matched great. It is not as good as the body shop would have done but it was well over $1000 less money and you can’t tell the difference if more than a few feet away. Follow the directions on the paint cans and watch some videos before you start!
