Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2011 Gmc Full Size Van is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Dean W, owner of a 2010 GMC Yukon from Clinton, IN

Perfect match! It amazed me. I will be using your company from now on. Thanks

Stephen S, owner of a 2011 GMC Yukon from Morrisville, NC

The match of my GMC white diamond tricoat was great. But, there were NO instructions of any kind to apply your product. I'm not a professional auto painter, and I'm guessing most of your clients are not. Detailed instruction pamphlets, and possibly even a quality YouTube video would be really helpful. It seems sill to have such a quality product, and then drop the ball in the final 10 yards, when the client gets your paint, and has to use trial and error to get it on properly. Very frustrating, it took me three attempts to put this on, sanding down each time the mistakes. Thanks, Stephen Cary, NC [ATU Note: I understand your frustration. On the top of every page there is a link to the directions section. Once you get to the directions page you'll need to scroll a little for the tricoat area.]
