Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2017 Holiday Rambler (All Models) is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Myron T, owner of a 2008 Holiday Rambler from Davenport, FL

I bought two cans of paint to attempt to math some dark metallic paint on my 2008 Monaco. The original paint is not available of course and local shops cannot match it precisely nor put it in cans so I can paint small places. Two rear doors had pealed so they were removed, lightly sanded and then several coats of paint were applied. Of course it looked dull but the color and metallic look was very very close. A bit of fine sanding and several clear coats were applied. After a day of drying I wet sanded it with 1500 and then began polising with 3m buffincg compound. The shine came through quickly and when the doors were held up against the original paint they absolutely popped. Perfect match and the clear coat looked like factory new. One suggestions when using the rattle cans. Keep a rag in your free hand and wipe the nozzle every few strokes. Paint can build up and then all of a sudded spatter onto the work. Patience and some elbow work and things look new again. What a great product. Perhaps they should throw in an extra nozzle or two on a large order. If a nozzle gets plugged becasue of poor cleaning it would be nice to have the extra. Great product and the service was outstanding. I am still stunned they were able to match my paint code so perfectly.
