Your website and tracking info took me to a Fed-Ex web site. It was suggesting a two week delivery time, which is fricking awful, and it came via USPS a couple days after the projected delivery date. Customer service was outstanding. I was impressed that, when I called in regard to one item, the lady I spoke to also gave me a heads-up on a completely different part of the order. I am disappointed that the color match is not very close - the touchup is quite obvious, especially since it is on the front edge of the hood. Given the long lead time for prep, I had hoped for a better match. Overall, though, it was a very good experience.
