Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2012 Honda Elevate is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

David G, owner of a 2011 Honda Odyssey from Glen Mills, PA

Service fast. Haven't touched up scratches yet as weather is still lil chill but I'm impressed with the service and will be back for my other vehicles. Thx D. in PA

Jon Strembicki, owner of a 2011 Honda Ridgeline from Missouri

I was a little leary as my Honda Ridgeline has a pearl highlight mixed in with the black which I was always told it needs to be a three part paint process. Received the paint and clear coat yesterday but did not try to do anything as the humidity was at 64% and I did not want to take any chances as the directions say to try doing the painting when the humidity is at 50% or less. Today the humidity was 48%, the first two coats had me thinking I may have made a bad decision to try paint on my own as I could not see any of the pearl highlight, as a matter of fact, it looked just black! I applied two more light coats and that was when I detected the hint of the pearl. I waited 30 minutes, applied the first then the second coats of clear and to my amazement, the peal highlight was just right. I applied three more coats of clear, waiting the 10 minutes between coats and the paint looks damn good! I will wait the time frame before I compound the paint job and then wait the 30 days before I apply polish! Thank you for an amazing experience, I still have to repair my wife's Audi A4 B7 rear bumper that has some gouges in the plastic rear bumper. I will have to order some more of your fine products that will work with your paint to fill in the gouges! Thank you again!
