The original packaged was apparently damaged in transit by FedEx. I expected the paint to be in some kind of container. It arrived in a plastic baggie, leaking into the cardboard shipping box. The odor was overwhelming when I opened my mailbox. Shame on FedEx for delivering in that condition.
I called the company and they immediately took care of arranging a replacement shipment after I emailed a pic of the delivery containers. I appreciated the prompt action and the professional manner in which it was handled.
