Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2011 Infiniti FX50 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

G L, owner of a 2010 Infiniti G37 from Pennsylvania

I used the Infiniti G37 liquid platinum metallic (K23) 12 oz. spray can to touch up my 19" split-spoke "bright" alloy Infiniti wheels rather than the car body itself. Even so, it worked great. Great coverage, very evenly applied, and once I added a couple of clear-coat layers over top of the paint, it blended in beautifully with the existing paint on the wheel. I had just bought these wheels not even a month earlier so needless to say was extremely upset with myself for rubbing the curb, but now I have a way of repairing them quickly, inexpensively, and accurately, so no worries! I should have used aluminum filler first on a few of the deeper scratches, so I may go back over those at some point, but even as-is I think the wheels look a hundred times better after the touch-up, and I would say probably nine out of ten people would not be able to tell anything was done to them.

Donald H, owner of a 2010 Infiniti G37 from Copperas Cove, TX

I recently had damaged my outside mirror cover on my 2010 G37 Infiniti and had to order a replacement cover OEM and of course it came unpainted. I browsed the web looking for a Factory paint match when I ran across ATU read a few reviews which sounded positive and decided to go for it. The materials arrived when expected they send a piece of light cardboard to test spray the product to check for accuracy in the color match. I sprayed it let it dry then held it up to the original paint couldn't tell the difference perfect match. I then painted my mirror cover replaced it on the vehicle and you can't tell the original from the replaced and re-painted cover. Excellent Product.
