Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2002 Jaguar F Type is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Christopher B, owner of a 2002 Jaguar from Oxford, PA

Mona spent over an hour on the phone reviewing color charts and showing me samples with her cell phone camera that could not be found online. Thank you.

Scott B, owner of a 2001 Jaguar from Palos Verdes Est, CA

Painting has never been a skill that I have had, but I decided to give it a try since I was only painting a small area and after I got a bid from the local body shop! Instructions were good; the match was a couple of shades lighter than the rest of my car, but most people don't notice. I would say that if my skill level was better or if I had been able to practice a little the job would be perfect. So overall, it came out not as good as I had hoped, but not as bad as I thought it could be given my lack of painting talent.
