Thank you for providing a feedback channel. This was my first time buying from this website. The products are clearly presented on the site and it was easy to identify what I needed. Only suggestion for improvement is shipment tracking. There was an email notifying me regarding the time it takes to custom mix the paint, but then I was in the dark for a few days. I sincerely wish there was shipment tracking notification - in our age it's pretty much a given and it would add a lot of transparency to the fulfillment process, which leads to greater buyer confidence. Had some damage to the read bumper cover on my GX460...paint matched well, videos (blending, etc.) were very helpful and generally turned out well. The clear coat did not go on as smooth as I would have hoped, but with a little bit of 1,500 grit sandpaper and rubbing/polishing compound is came out good.
