Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1993 Mazda MAZDA6 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Rick R, owner of a 1994 Mazda RX7 from Flower Mound, TX

This is my first attempt at automotive refinishing and I am pleased with the results. Two headlamp covers and parts of a rear wing were the subjects. One of the two covers ended up with some fisheye which I attribute to too much paint; my fault. It had been painted previously though and I used your Sandable Primer instead of the Adhesion Promoter. The brand new headlight cover turned out beautifully. The Spray Tips on the cans offer excellent dispersion and control. Instructions for ‘speed of travel’ could be added for the novice.

Roger H, owner of a 1994 Mazda Miata from Dayville, CT

The paint was very good. It did the job better than planned. A very good product. I will order from you again when the need may arise. Very happy with you and the product. Roger A.Hunt!
