Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2001 Mercedes-Benz S/CL Class is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Matt, owner of a 2002 Mercedes-Benz S Class from San Luis Obispo CA

I damaged my door mirror backing out of the garage, the replacements were $600 new and about half that used on ebay, I found just the shell on ebay for $70, bought your aerosol paint kit, primer, base coat and clear coat. I am extremely happy with the results the match was perfect and the products were very easy to apply. The local paint shop wanted $140 to paint the mirror, your paint products cost about $35. I am sold you have a customer for life. Thank you.

Nigel C, owner of a 2002 Mercedes-Benz S Class from California

I found your paint easy to use and a perfect match, I purchased paint for a 2001 Audi S4 Avant and a 2002 Mercedes S430 both are painted silver, I was concerned that the paint would differ significantly for the original as they are both metallic finishes, I was surprised and amazed at the color match. I had intended to use the paint on body trim pieces but after seeing the color match I was able to make a small repair to the front bumper of the Audi and paint just that area without it showing as a repair. Very pleased, and will be back!
