Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 1991 Mercury Milan is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Bernard W, owner of a 1991 Mercury Grand Marquis from Millfield, OH

Perfect match for touch up of old car. Thank you for fast shipping.

Robert T, owner of a 1992 Mercury Grand Marquis from CA

I've used AutomotiveTouchup the last few years to keep my 92 Mercury looking good. From their touch up paint for small dings to their spray paint for larger areas, the color is always a perfect match. I have used their spray paint a couple of times to repair cracking in the urethane bumpers covers (25 year old urethane gets stiff and likes to crack with the smallest impact). Not only is their color a perfect match, their spray can nozzles emit a very fine even spray, very close to pro air guns and smoother than your average spray paint, that has always resulted in a perfectly smooth and even coat with no 'orange peel', runs or bubbles that matches the pro paint job perfectly (the car was re-painted about 7 years ago in the stock color).
