Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2001 Mg Z-CAR is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

The color match was right on. You give a good quality paint great service.

Thomas C, owner of a 1980 MG from Saegertown, PA

Purchased Porcelain White, also known as Leyland White, for my 1980 MGB. The white was a little brighter than the original color on the car. Having said that I was using it on the rear fenders to repair some surface rust damage right behind the tires. That area has a black MGB stripe separating it from the main body of the car so any difference in color was not noticeable. I also used it to touch up some small areas around the doors and was able to get it to blend. Overall I am very satisfied with the color and the price.
