Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2000 Nissan NV400 is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

James R, owner of a 2001 Nissan Maxima from Summerville, SC

Touchup paint was spot on and where I painted, you can't tell it was just painted. Looks like it came from the factory.

James P, owner of a 2001 Nissan Maxima from Burnsville, MN

Perfect match - I looked everywhere for a color match to my 2001 Nissan Maxima - I ordered the 12 oz Aerosol Spray Paint, Sterling Mist Metallic KT3 with the 12 oz Aerosol High Gloss Clear Coat- couple of tips: I had to change from a light grey to a darker grey primer so the color would match the original. Also, I held the spray can closer than normal - like 4-5 inches away from the car. It just seemed to cover better for me. Because, I held the spray can closer, I saw tiger striping coming through just a little bit but it disappeared when it dried - so don't freak out if you see a little bit of stripping while it is drying.
