Called customer service and sent a pic of the can and a sample of the color and without hesitation they shipped me another can without asking me to ship the other back. And with no charge. As a US service member stationed in Japan, I was excited that I found a website I could order touch-up paint for my Skyline. Without speaking the language here, it can be difficult to order auto products locally. Unfortunately, this vendor can only send .5 oz bottles internationally. I ordered more initially, and my order ended up having to be modified. Nonetheless, am looking forward to receiving the primer, paint, and clear coat I ordered.
