After using a plastic adhesion promoter, the base coat went on smooth, even, and was a perfect match. This paint exceeded my expectations in color matching. It was so great to be able to get a small quantity (aerosol spray can) that was just right for my small job. Even the nozzle of the cans [base coat & clear] were easy on the finger as it was wider and more ergonomic, and the spray pattern was definitely not like an off the shelf can you might find in an auto parts store.
