Had a bumpy first experience but my hats off to the customer service department! Ordered my small vial of paint, arrived in a timely fashion but as soon as I opened the package, I could smell the strong odor of paint. The paint was leaking from around the cap inside the innermost sealed package. A bit frustrated, I contacted customer service thinking I was in for one of those, "Sorry we are not responsible for the shipping company using your package as a football" excuses, but without hesitation, they replaced the defective merchandise.
