CLEAR COAT IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PAINT

To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 2017 Nissan Touristar, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. You can add a clear coat to your order on the next step. Click here for Nissan paint code location diagrams and label examples.

Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2017 Nissan Touristar is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Here's what our customers are saying about our Touch Up Paint:

Jeffrey L, owner of a 2016 Nissan Sentra from Mayaguez, PR

Color match was good, delivery was reasonably quick. The only complaint is that the paint doesn't "level itself" very well. Brush marks remain. I've used other paint that levels out while wet leaving no brush marks. Looking back, I should have sprayed it but I didn't want to drag out all that gear for such a small job. Next time I won't make that mistake now that I know that about this paint. Overall, pretty satisfied.

Robert M, owner of a 2016 Nissan Sentra from Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Still in the process of touching up spots. Important to fill in deep spots with primer. It can be sanded. More when matched paint goes on.
