To ensure your paint repair blends in perfectly, you'll need to apply a clear coat over the color coat. While AutomotiveTouchup paint products are custom mixed to perfectly match the color of your 1998 Pontiac Sunfire, we use the same basecoat/clearcoat system as your factory specs. I appreciate the quality of this touch up. The match to the color of my Firebird was perfect. I suggest that you remove the brush in the bottle, though, I use a cheap artist's brush and I think, it's easier to accurately apply the paint.
