I did have to order twice but that was no fault of Automotive Touchup. I had actually called the Toyota dealer to verify the paint number for the "trim" on my 4Runner. They gave me the info and so I got on line and ordered. Then when it arrived it turned out to be the body color and not the tirm. I thought when I was ordering it that the name of the color sounded more like the body but assumed the dealer knew what they were talking about. Silly me.... So I called your customer service number and the rep on the phone was very helpful. He located the right paint color and set me up with the 2nd order. It arrived and is a great match. Of course I am not the best in painting the touch up but it looks much better than it did with the scratch. I sure hope that I won't need more touch up paint but if I do, I'd will be more than happy to contact you all for another order. Good company and people to work with. Thank you

Good stuff. Worked perfectly! Shipping time could be improved, also it would be cool if it was a kit with a scuff pad, three types of sandpaper, primer, base, and clear. Maybe even spray bottle for water and a degreaser and a few rags.
