Only complaint is shipping. I paid for the expedited 3-5 day shipping and got an email saying that just because I paid for the shipping it could take longer since they paint had to be mixed. I understand that, but why even bother to have a faster shipping option? My paint took 6 days to arrive.

Automotive Touchup made the job easy (well ok - I still had to sand/prime/paint - but it was easy to follow directions and getting correct coat thickness, etc was easy to do)! Initially I worried about doing this, but when I got the supplies and followed directions everything went well. I was pleased with the results and my wife was pleased too (her car). Initial shipment forgot to include a roll of tape, but customer service fixed that quickly. The fix is not readily visible at all.

We had some deep scratches in the back bumpers of both our cars because we did not pull forward far enough and the garage door scraped both bumpers. We solved the pull in problem, and now it was time to fix the damage. I filled the deep gouges with Bondo, sanded it with 150 grit sandpaper and finished up going over it with 320 grit. I ordered a can of paint for each car and one can of Clear Coat. After masking off the bumpers I was ready to paint. I put on about 4 coats of the base color and followed that up with 3 coats of Clear Coat. It covered beautifully. The first one I did was not as shiny as the original paint so on the second car, I now had some experience, I put the clear coat on a little thicker and it looks like a professional had done the work.
I found that the prep work, Bondo and sanding, was the hardest part. As long as you take your time and sand it good, it will look great when it is painted.

My wife backed up into another car putting a dent in the passenger side corner of the plastic bumper cover and gouging/cracking the paint. Preliminary estimates were about $1,500 to replace and paint the cover. A few minutes on YouTube and 45 minutes in the garage I removed the cover and popped out the dent, almost flawlessly. However, the paint finish was further destroyed in the process. Apparently the color for this van is a rarer Toyota color so the chain stores do not carry it in stock, forcing me to a body shop or dealer for the paint, which was expensive and they offered no spray cans. I found Automotive Touch Up online and could buy a 12 oz spray can in the exact color. After sanding the bumper, filling the gouges with putty, sanding more and priming, I used the color match spray can. It perfectly matched and I was able to blend it at the corner. I then coated with a gloss clear coat from my sprayer and buffed out that finish. This bumper is like new. Could never tell that it was junk a few weeks ago. I wish I had before and after photos to show off my at home in garage body shop repair. Total cost for the repair was about $50. Saved $1,450. Not too bad. I will be a client of Automotive Touch Up for life with our other cars.

I'll admit I was skeptical. Toyota wanted $800+ to replace & install a side mirror on my 2006 minivan. I got a new black one, online, for $50 and all parts of your paint supplies for ~$50. Painted the mirror, per your instructions, and it's a perfect match - especially since there is a black buffer in between. YouTube video showed me how to replace it - that took less time than to take the van in. New mirror doesn't have the built-in turn signal arrow, but that's not worth $700 to me.
