I am absolutely dumbstruck at how well these products worked! I had a scratch that looked like the Death Star on the front passenger side bumper and now you can barely tell (mainly because of my poor painting skills) it was even there!

Worked fine. Color matched the original perfectly, except areas that had a lot of sun exposure. In those areas, the paint had faded very slightly. I painted a rear bumper, so as it was one panel and lower than the more exposed roof, it worked very well.

The "touch-up pen" worked GREAT. The color was a perfect match,
but I rather hoped it would be.
It's the mechanism of the pen that is so nice. Just a dab and not having
to mess with a brush, etc., is a really good concept.
It seems there's enough in that small pen to do plenty of little dabs of
touch-ups. Hopefully more than I will need!

Everything I bought from you, the sandpaper, the Prius paint, and the primer and clear coat did GREAT, but I on the other hand messed it up. 1, I did it while it was raining and humid on my porch, did not get wet, but the humidity made it a mess, and 2, I didn't wait long enough because of the humidity for the clear coat to dry properly and messed it up. Plus i am disabled and my left hand does not work well so sanding was a problem over all. Going to try and fix the mirror covers later , wish me luck. YOUR products worked GREAT, it was ME that was the problem ! :-)

Got your paint and clear coat yesterday. Did some research on painting techniques this morning. Had to go get grey auto primer. Came back and sanded the outside mirror cover(it was off of the car). Applied a coat of primer and decided I needed finer paper. Went and got 500 and 800 wet/dry paper and hit the piece with 500 and shot 2 coats of primer, then used the 800 and did 2 more primer coats. Drying time between coats was about 15 min. I then used your base coat in 4 applications, let it sit for 30 min. and then shot 4 coats of clear coat. Bam it's beautiful.

Purchased touch up paint for my 2009 Prius. Very easy to figure out what color to order. Bottles contain brushes (like nail polish) so paint was easy to apply. Directions were easy to follow and repaired area looks great. Definitely would use again.

I needed to paint a new side mirror for my daughter's Prius. The paint arrived quickly, and the color was a perfect match. The metallic base coat worried me a bit because I know it can be tricky to apply evenly, but it came out looking like the factory paint. The clear coat had a nice deep gloss that I haven't seen from parts store paints. An overall great experience with the company.
