But before doing so I put a second coat on the test card and then clear coat, and like magic the color was a perfect match! I ordered both the spray touch up paint using my car's color code as well as spray clear coat to repair a foot long scrape that I had on my rocker panel. I sanded, primed, painted and clear coated it. After a little buffing to get a high shine and it matched the factory paint perfectly. It really was good as new and saved me hundreds of dollars versus taking this to a body shop.
I also purchased a 2 oz bottle of touch-up paint for my 2007 Vibe that had lots of chips on the hood and bumper from small pebbles and road debris as well as a could of scrapes and dings that had naturally occurred to an eight year old car. The color matched perfectly and from a few feet away, hide the chips and dings amazingly well. The car looks 100% better and my wife is very happy (she drives the Vibe).
