Why The Two-Step Paint System?

Your 2014 Triumph (All Models) is painted at the factory with a high quality basecoat/clearcoat system. This two-step paint system consists of step one, the basecoat, which is your car’s actual color, and step two, the clearcoat, the specially formulated clear paint that protects the base color and provides the luster and deep shine your vehicle came with when new. AutomotiveTouchup products faithfully reproduce your vehicle manufacturer’s basecoat/clearcoat system.

Your service is excellent and the products are perfect.

I’ve placed multiple orders over the last year and had very good quality on all. Ready to spray saves me time, the consistency of the product was the same across multiple orders and the strainers and sticks included were very convenient. The base coat/clear coat really added depth and shine to a car that originally came with single stage paint. I sprayed the entire car, so view it as a good overall solution vs just a touch up. I will likely use it again on my other project cars.

Is it possible to have a optional regular cap on your touch up jars? Child proof caps?? no kids around, they are hard to get open and closed. Twice paint ruined from cap not tight. Also a 73 TR6 never had a base coat clear coat finish, why not gloss instead of flat touch up paint? However paint match is perfect!
